Police Impound
The information provided below is a guide to help you understand the procedures needed in order for you to obtain your vehicle after it has been towed. Please contact our office regarding any questions you have.
My vehicle has been in an accident.
* If your vehicle has been in an accident, you will want to contact your insurance provider to determine if you have collision coverage on your vehicle. If you do, let your insurance company know that your vehicle is being stored at George Aller Towing, 125 South Ave, Middlesex NJ 08846.
** Contact our office and let us know who your insurance company is and that you are allowing George Aller Towing to release your vehicle to them. Your insurance company will pay for all charges associated with your vehicle. You may make an appointment to retrieve your personal items from your vehicle after we have been contacted by your insurance company.
*** If you DO NOT have collision coverage on your vehicle, call us to find out the charges owed on the vehicle and discuss your options for payment and removal.
My vehicle was impounded.
* If your vehicle has been impounded, you must first contact the police department in the town in which your vehicle was impounded from to see if you will need a release form in order to obtain your vehicle.
** Call us to determine your vehicles towing and storage fees along with hours available for pickup.
*** Please bring the release form (if needed) and proper identification to 125 South Ave, Middlesex NJ 08846 to obtain your vehicle.
My vehicle was disabled.
* If your vehicle was towed to our lot for being disabled on the roadway, please contact us to determine the towing and storage fees owed on the vehicle.
** No work may be performed to your vehicle on our property. A licensed towing company will be required to remove your vehicle from our storage lot.
Additional Information.
* Please contact our office at least 30 minutes ahead of arriving to our storage lot so that an employee can meet you there.
* All vehicles left in storage for 30 days or more will be considered abandoned and a summons will be sent to the registered owner from the township where the vehicle was towed from.
